Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Event Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves aligning and demonstrating the business value of our solutions to prospects and customers while maintaining and enhancing these relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of our services, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor through active listening and consultative selling. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, deliver high-quality work, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and work independently while seeking assistance when necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to identified potential partners and schedule calls or arrange in-person meetings to explore potential event opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative prospecting campaigns weekly using our sales engagement platform, consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
- Craft persuasive sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the unique value of our event management.
- Engage in contract negotiation processes, striving to secure favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, gaining insights into their business objectives and customizing events to align with their needs.
- Leverage industry insights to identify emerging trends and create tailored event solutions that meet customer needs while positioning our company as a leader in the market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients acting as their primary point of contact to ensure their repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess progress against targets and guide future sales strategies.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales role. Experience in event sales, B2B sales, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and desire to create positive first experiences for new prospects.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Extensive experience in outreach and prospecting.
- Strong collaboration skills; enjoys working with others and assisting when needed.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and identifying interest in our products.
- Skilled in opportunity qualification and objection handling.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy sales team environment; team player.
